put a charger on it, check your fuel filters, both on the frame and on top of the motor. i would say that you picked up dirt/water from the bottom of your tank going that low in fuel. a 12v batt should be sitting in the 13 voltage range, then under load they should drop til about 10 volts. my batteries are new and mine go dead all the time.
