you might need to put a fuel pump in it every one or two hundred thousand..but if its been well maintained that motor should easily hit 300k....if not 500k if its been kept in really good condition maintanence wise

Got one still running good with 384,000 on the old girl. However I have noticed a decrease in oil pressure here lately. It sits on a trailer most of the time now and only gets drove to the landfill with construction materials.

i have a friend that is a ford diesel mechanic and he say he will get some in every once in a while with 600,000+ miles on it and he said one came in once with 980,000 on it. but he said they where bone stock with no mods, he says if you have mods on you truck and dont rip on it all the time that you should get 300,000-500,000 mile out of them.
