early 94 7.3L NA F250

well I posted a thread about this truck int he 94-98 forum but it really belongs here. asked a mod to move the original but it don't look like that's gonna happen.

got a liine on a 94 7.3L NA F250 near me wiht a utility body. don't really need the utility body or rack but the truck would be real good for pulling my 6,000# boat & trailer.

I know she's slow as a turtle but I'm more into torque than speed. truck has never plowed, but it's pulled some BIG loads (current owner is a well driller)

is there a market for utility bodies that are in good shape? this truck has been garaged at night for it's whole life, so the paint is in nice condition. man, if I could get a few hundred for the utility body / rack, it would be great.

Well I would post it up on craigslist (your local one) and put up some pics of it and tell them you will pull it off when they come get it for x amount of money or best offer.

the util body must be thru-bolted to the frame, and once it's removed I'll be down to bare frame rails

truck has a pintle hook, which must through-bolted to the rear crossmember NOT to the util body

probably need an air wrench and a lift to remove that body, got to weigh a few hunderd lbs

truck has a Reading 8' model util body...haven't seen the inside of the bed but I bet it's all banged up from drilling equip
