89 f350 clutch question

Ive been looking at clutches for my truck and have come to realize that theres alot i need to know. One thing is 'Dual Mass flywheel'. Im not sure if i have that in the truck now but in some catalogs i get the impression that it dosnt matter if it is. In other words what is a Dual Mass Flywheel and can it be replaced by a singal flywheel?

Yes, you can buy a solid flywheel kit, comes with the one piece flywheel, clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing.
