non-turbo 1993 7.3L help!!!!!!

I currently looking at a truck that is a '93 f-350 powerstroke diesel, the seller said it wasn't a trubo diesel....
Is this a good truck?
Is the truck going to suck if it doesn't have a turbo?
Should I still buy this truck?
Should I put an aftermarket turbo kit on it (banks package)?

if its a 93 its not a powerstroe its just a 7.3 idi non turbo, they are good engines , no great power but reliable
