Congrats on your new "girl" bronco 2.

So, I picked up wheels and tires, 33X12.5X16.5, I have a 4"inch lift on the way, and lots of new stero stuff on the way, and got a 60 gallon auxiliary fuel tank started at my buddies shop.

So far I have, installed new glow plugs, got all the doors to open and close from the inside and out, all the windows go up and down. pressure washed, hand washed and then waxed. Painted some little rust spots here and there.

Now Im really just down the the tranny issue. I think it could be my TPS, the sensor on the left side of the IP. Im guessing thats my TPS. I tried to check it for resistance and got nothing. Any help?

-Chad

hey thx again for looking at my girl lol anyways, from my experience if you try to test something an get no results, i would just replace it or take it out and clean and then test it again, if nothing happens then just get another one. there no point in messing with something thats 15+ yrs old but thats my opinion tho... just to tell you the truck i got came with a 4" 35x12.5R18 and good luck with the extra 60 gallon fuel cell im actually really curious to how big that is going to be in the bed but yeah good luck.

Hi.......

TELL ME HOW TO MAKE IT SMOKE! In the a good way......

I also have a 82 GMC 6.2, that I love to pass people with, cause when you hammer down she puts out the black smoke like she should.

The 60 gallon fuel cell with be about 26"high, 48" long and about 15" roughly. I will get some pics of it when its all done. The beast WILL be running off of waste veggi oil. Fuel went up agian, i cant afford any more at these prices.

I was expecting a turbo on this one also. On the pre-powerstokes it was an option from the factory. Some have it, some dont. This one does not.....for now........

I will be getting a new TPS at autozone. Im pretty sure this one is no good. It is the TPS that controls the tac right? Cause my tac does not work.
