injection pump

ive got a 93 non turbo idi when i turn my pump up can i go wild on it or how far should i go?i would like to have pretty good smoke and some power.

No problem, I am giving you info that I used when I was working on the Hummvees. So just take that into consideration. But I am sure the 7.3L injection pump if I remember correctly is pretty much like the 6.5L gm pump.
