Body Lift for 1992

I have a 1992 F250 with a 7.3L n/a IDI diesel in it and i have been doing some looking on what i can do to it. i am getting 2 1/2" dual pipes put on it tuesday. with a twister performance muffler and 3 1/2"x12" angle cut tips. should sound good. anyway i was looking around on the internet for a 2" or 3" body lift for it but i cant find anything that will fit the diesel engine. is it actually true that it wont fit or is it a bunch of bull and they are trying to make us pay more for the same thing? if it actually doesnt fit where can i get one for the diesel engine? thanks for the help. by the way i love this forum already!

I have a 4" lift on mine, came that way. I think it's a Rancho.

you have a 4 inch suspension not body lift because they dont make body lifts for the old fords diesels ive tried and tried to find 1 and they dont make 1 because they are to heavy in the front.you have to go suspension if you want to lift it.
