injector pump adustment

I was told that adjusting the injector pump on my 91' 7.3 would increase the power and milage. Can someone tell me if this is true because right now my truck is real slow and can loose as much as 10 mph going up a good hill.

Gatorrollins,
Follow the link above. Very easy to do. No need to take off the radiator hose, it makes a mess. I have a turbo on my truck but made a huge difference. I started by turning up the pump a 1/4 of a turn. I have since turned it up several more times as it is now turned all the way up. It will blow black smoke under full throttle. My MPG went up by a couple mpg.

It's hard to tell from the pictures but the fuel plate is really small. Good luck
Howard
