Initial 7.3L Upgrade Options

Hello Everyone,

After a few initial actions to bring the Earth Pig back to stock/baseline performance (radiator flush/cleaning, Sea Foam Trans-Tune Transmission Conditioner, Power Service Diesel Kleen + Cetane Boost Fuel Treatment, K&N Air Filter) I think I am ready to start improving the performance of the truck. Here Is a list of upgrades I'd like to eventually have done to the truck:

35" tires on 16" rims

Between 2" and 4" of lift

Dana 60 front differential with 4.10:1 ratio and a Detroit Locker

10.25" rear differential upgraded to 4.10:1 ratio and a Detroit Locker

Performance re-build of transfer case

Performance re-build of transmission

Transmission Programmer

Snorkel install

Turbo install

Intercooler install

Tuned Injector Pump

Single exhaust stack install

Fog light install

Upgrade Front Bumper

Fiberglass Cap

Panel repair (bad rust problem), possibly even a bed and cab replacement

Paint Job (Rustoleum Primer Black!!)

My question is, what should be first? I have limited (read: no) experience as a mechanic, no garage, but quite a few tools at my disposal.

Put your D60 and steerling in 1st. Help that engine alittle by cutting that cone out of the air filter lid and give it some more air flow
