1993 F350 7.3 Non Turbo Problem
Got an issue with my truck. I was headed out of town and truck started to over heat instantly. Pulled over and removed thermostat but only got a few more miles and started heating again. I had trucked towed home. Flushed system and replaced thermostat. It will run and idle all day but when driven it tries to heat. That is one issue. The second issue is I have an injector or injectors dumping diesel into my engine when off. It filled oil pan and motor with diesel and oil mixture. Third issue stared before all of it. Sometimes during startup it would kick back. It has thrown belt off during startup. I am not sure where to go with truck. I am to the point of getting rid of it and buying a new truck.

1993 7.3 IDI
Thinking truck may have blown a head gasket but not sure. I am getting something in oil but not milky brown color it is grey. It also gets real thick. Have no distinguishable missing but do have grey smoke at exhaust. Truck will idle all day and not over heat. Like mentioned in earlier post motor also stops during startup like it has water or fuel in combustion chamber. Once started it is fine and will not do it again until it sits for a while.
