7.3 swap help

can anyone here give me some info or at least tell me where I can find all the info I need to swap my '91 7.3IDI into an '83 that had a carbed 460 in it? brake booster, wiring harness, sensors, tach?? I have both trucks complete and want to make this a clean swap. I want everything to work as it should the only thing I'm willing to rig up is the wait to start light, I think I am going to put the GP's on a manual push button. Thanks!

the dash and everything you have will litteraly swap rite over, just pull the interior and all wiring associated with dash and engine and place it in to the 83 as it came out the 91, even the front end swaps over iirc all the holes should be the same, they offered a diesel in 83 rite?

I thought about doing that. only problem is that the 83 is a crew cab and has blu interior and my 91 is only an x cab and is grey interior. as much as I like my grey interior I think I will stick with the blue becasue it is in really good condition, complete and I kinda like the older look.
