91 7.3 hard to start
My truck is very hard to start. I replaced all my return fuel lines because i seen one was seeping a little bit. Replaced the lift pump. Still hard to start. I can drive it 100 miles or 100 feet and it will still be hard to start. If you shut it off and try to restart it will crank and crank and crank like its lost prime. Once you get it started runs great. No pwer loss or rough running. I;m kinda lost. I've heard of some problems with the factory fuel filter and heard that people have switched to a regular spin-on. I don't think I have an injection pump issue. Any help would be great.

It turns over fine but it acts like it aint getting any fuel. Could the fuel solenoid be messing up and not opening all the way. And if so is the shut off solenoid controlled by a relay, and is the shut off solenoid replaceable?
