Headlights blinking
My headlights recently started going out, coming back on, etc. (blinking). I changed out the dimmer switch combo on the column, but they still blink. I can pull on the dimmer/flasher lever and the high beams will stay on if I hold it (bypasses the headlight switch).
Is it the headlight switch that is bad? |

same exact problem i had
it was the switch and the harness you can get the harness from LMC truck parts for about 5 bucks take it apart and you may see a discolored spot on the plug or on the prongs of the switch btw local auto zone had the switch for 15bucks |

The plug on the back of the headlight switch is bad about melting or the wires melting going into the connector. This is especially bad if you have auxillary lights. I wired all of my aux lights to a relay to keep the extra current from running through the switch.
