Oil in Radiator

Doing a routine fluids check and I pulled the radiator cap off and on the gasket was this jelly black ****. Used a turkey baister to suck up some coolant inside and found a considerable amount of oil in the radiator.

Took Radiator out and am having it boiled-out. Was wondering how oil could be getting into the radiator. Possibly oil cooler?
