98 E350 7.3 WONT START
Need help I got a 98 7.3 wont start.checked all fuse unplucged fie heater and water in fuel sensor.still wont start. My scanner will not read.maybe bad pcm?

check your glow plugs and crack fuel lines to see if you getting fuel does it crank and just wont start or completely dead

It turns over fine I manually but still won't start it recently had new pump I have pressure at shredder valve.any ideas any help is appreciated

pump could be slightly out of timing see if it willl crank with a rag soaked in gasoline in air breather
