94 idi turbo install question

i have a 94 7.3 idi non turbo. i have access to 7.3 turbos and powerstrokes, what exactly would i need to put a turbo on my non turbo, and is it a matter of stripping the turbo set up off of a turboed 7.3 and just putting it on mine ??? reason i am going to turbo mine vs doing a swap is because my engine runs great and has low miles and the trucks i will be taking kit off of has either high mileage or are blown. thanks for any help guys

but if i can get a 7.3 PS with under 100k miles it would make more sense to just do the powerstroke swap correct.
