hypermax makes a kit for 1800 bucks. its suposed to be a direct bolt up.

I havent messed with one but i saw a 75 ford that a guy swapped a 6.9 IDI into and he had it turbo charged claiming that he used the manifolds, up pipes, pedestal and turbo from a 7.3 powerstroke. but he was kind of a jerk and didnt wana talk to me much about it so dont send me a bomb if it doent work

I did Banks set up on my old 92 IDI 7.3. Its not a headack but it is time consuming. and w/not having much room to install the turbo you have to make sure you beat the firewall back or it will vibrate the hell out of your truck.
