94 non turbo w' added turbo

I just bought a 1994 F-250 with a Hypermax turbo installed, i want to add pillar guages to it to monitor, EGT's, trans temp, and boost, if it is possible where is the best place to get the pillar and guages for this truck, also what can i do to change the air intake it has just the stock air cleaner on it without the hose so it pulls in hot air is there a company that makes a different intake for it or should i just get the factory hose, also is there anything i should be aware of on it as far as probs thanks sorry for being so long

as for guages and an intake - It would probably be cheaper and easies to do the DIY intake...DIY Intake


as for guages and all, check with Discount Power Parts (DPP) or DJ's Diesel Performance or any of the site vendors (click on Sponsors up at the top of the page)

calling them is usually the best route because they can offer you a great price! they will all get you taken care of

you can use the same gauges for a 95-97 powerstroke on your 94. one of the vendors here can probly hook ya up.

as for the 94 Idi once you get your pyro installed you can turn the injector pump up for more power. sadly thats about the only performance mod you can do to that truck but on the bright side its a free mod and it has an $1800 turbo kit on it already

as for the intake i would just get some dryer tubing the right size and rout it to where the engine is sucking in air for out side the engine compatment

i think im gonna get the automete triple pillar and get a trans temp, boost, and a pyro, how exactly do you turn up the injection pump, how much difference will it make

itll make a Big difrence. basicly the equivelent of putting a tuner on the newer diesels.

have one it it yet. I am looking to get a pyrometer to turn up my injector pump if I can't find a turbo. TURBOS ARE AWSOME FOR THOSE OLDER 7.3
