No power to fuel pump

94' 7.3 IDI non turbo, manual fuel pump

fuel pump clicks when jumped off but no power when key is on

These fuses in box under hood not getting power (ie, diode, instrument panel fuses 15,18/starter relay coil, distributor pick/ignition coil/power train control system/TFI module.

The tranny had been jumping in and out of tow haul/overdrive previous to this but quit acting up before this happened.

Got any ideas?

Thanks

You just said it's a manual, i.e., mechanical fuel pump. There is no power to it that I know of.
