Tranny problems in my 92 f350 helppp

Start off to say, its a 7.3idi 92f350 i believe its a e40d,
150k miles.
fluid looks clean and on level.

when im driving in 1st gear, (give it more fuel) rpms jump higher, it starts to shift then jumps back into 1st gear,
so i put it in 1st manualy fine, 2nd manualy fine,, drive manualyy--- back down to first gear,
What the heck can this be?
vacuum problem?

if your manually shifting an auto and it works better, valvebody maybe?

my overdrive light keeps blinking as well, what can this be?

should i buy a new trans for it?

need to get is scanned for codes. if you continue to drive it with the light flashing then you will have to buy a new tranny.

i know for a fact that they speedo and millage was working before, but i got in it today and now its not.
the shifter position is way off. just thought id let you guys know,.
if any help please send some advice my way, im trying to find a good trans dignoser...

Got a security alarm system on it?

Mine started doing that before the alarm system finally crapped out and shut down the start circuit altogether.
