Which head? Or both?
Intake manifold, accessories (down to the water pump), valve covers. Valvetrain. Exhaust manifolds.
Take off the injector lines, perhaps an easier way is to just take the intake manifold off, and take the whole IP off with injector lines still attached (that way you dont have to figure out where each one goes). Then pull the heads.
Its fairly straight forward, just takes time, and patience. Buy a lot of zip lock baggies, put in bolts to each specific thing and label each bag. Makes things easier.
