Feedback on a turbo for 94 E350 7.3IDI?

Just bought a 94 short school bus (12.5 ft box)
Has a 7.3 IDI and E4OD
Bought the IDI so it would be simpler, more reliable and cheaper than PS, figured I would turbo it. Really just want to clear up black smoke when on hills.
Having problems finding turbo for a van. Any ideas? Did find a 95 E-350 PS for sale ($1000). Will it fit and can I adjust the boost to be safe on the IDI?
Is it even worth it?

Goal is to make this main family (5-8 people) vehicle. Running WVO very well except takes awful long to purge. Planning to take out lift pump and make electric when I have the $. Also plan on adding espar H5 or H10 (I know way big but may add awning and make additional room.

I don't know for sure but i would think that the vans with the PSD would be the same as the trucks with the PSD in that to make a PSD trubo work on an idi it would take some serious fabrication, but i can be done.

I think I read that somewhere as well.
Seems no cheap way to get a turbo on this rig...

Call hypermax. I believe they have a turbo kit available for the E series vans.
