1990 7.3 diesel no start and no smoke
I bought a 1990 international truck with a 7.3 non I have checked and I have fuel from the primary pump to and out of the fuel filter feeding the injection pump. I have all the injector lines loose but no fuel is coming out when I try to bleed it. I assume there is a shut off solenoid somewhere in the upper unit I have power to all the wires at the pump while cranking but there is no smoke and no fuel coming out of the lines feeding the injectors. Any ideas?

Does sound like a fuel shut off solenoid problem the solenoid terminal is located behind the high idle solenoid terminal which is on the passenger side at the very front of the pump try disconnecting the fuel shut off solenoid which should be on the passenger side at the back of the pump and then try to start the truck ..... I'm not sure how that circuit functions but it doesn't hurt to try ..... also I'm not sure if that's a serviceable part of the pump ..... you might end up needing a new pump but I'm not sure on that
