94 IDI turbo? injectors?

Hey guys, I don't know much about the IDIs but I was wondering if it was possible to pull the turbo and related parts from a 97 and put it on the 94? Also we have a leaking #1 injector...what would be the most common causes for it to leak and easy fixes? Also, this is a University of Nebraska F350 2wd that they bosses want to let us "play" with. thanks for the help

No, the IDI and direct injected Power Stroke engines are completely different animals. And as far as it leaking, and if you're just "playing" with it, pull it and see what happens. check for cracks or bad orings. hell i really dont know, idi's are all greek to me. but if it was me I would just start wrenchin on it... lol but I'm curious like that
