94 7.3 tranny problems.

Have a 94 non-turbo E350 dually. The tranny will only shift manualy and it only has 2nd and 3rd. If you start the Truck and throw it in drive it will start right off in drive, you need to drop it into 1st or 2nd but even when you drop it into 1st it will start of in 2nd. The tranny had problems before this. You would be driving down the road accelerating from a stop and once in a while it would rev right up and the OD light would be flashing. What could possibly be wrong?

The tranny is in limp home mode and the O/D light is like a check engine light you need to have it put on a diagnostics machine to find the problem

Get a new one from BTS, Lead Hill, AR.
Never have problems again...
