Question Pyro install .. Help

ok i just got a pyrometer and not to sure where exactly would be the best place to install it ?

drill and tap the driverside exhaust manifold towards the back, best place to do it

ATS recomends welding a bung in the drivers side cross over pipe from the manifold to the turbo, seems a simple place and it is pre turbo. I think I maight try it on my next truck.
