O/D light blinking when i let off gas and coast
hi im stumped on my o/d light flashing every second on my shifter. while im driving i let off the gas and my tech goes down to 0 and thats when it starts to blink, it only blinks when im coast... but right when i get back on throttle the light disappears??? please help thanks

|
I have heard that a faulty tach, like you describe, will cause the O/D light to flash. My advice is get the tach working properly again. I would start with the tach sensor, about 75$ from ford.
