What coolant? Oil? other stuff?

Well in hopes my truck come home sometime in 2010, I'd like to flush out the coolant system and change the oil.
its a 7.3 IDI

What coolant should I use?
What product prevents the cavitaion I hear about?
I was going to run Rotella T with a 7.3 WIX PSD filter. Something better?

Anything else I should do?

Look for a coolant that says "precgarged" or SCA"s. I use to run fleetgaurd coolant, it was precgarged with the correct amount of SCA's. I am switching to
motorcraft green coolant, as that us what is available around here. But it's not ore barged so I had to buy the motorcraft coolant additive. I will get part numbers tonight for ya.

Also if you go to walmart you can buy a motorcraft FL1995 filter, it's for 7.3 PSD's but it fits and holds an extra quart of oil and filters better. About $10.

Thats the number I was looking for. Thanks man. I was looking inot the rotella elc coolant but no one seems to have it.
I work at a dodge dealer, but no one seems to carry it. napa / car quest / auto value ect
