hard to turn right. Bad PS pump?

I was given a 92 F-250 that has been sitting for about 6 years. It is truly a project truck. I have gotten it running but found that it will turn normally to the left but to the right is difficult even when rolling slowly in gear. The truck has larger than stock tires but not anything monsterous. Everything else on the truck had to be bled, brakes, clutch from years of sitting. Could the ps fluid have seeped out of the lines on power steering as well?

A NASCAR truck!!

I'd check the previously mentioned stuff. I would also crawl under with somebody at that wheel and watch the steering linkage to see if anything is binding or bent or ????
