93 7.3 liter turbo
my truck starts fine in the morning when its cold but when its hot it takes like 5 minutes or more to start any help would be cool thanks PS. i replaced all glow plugs and the relay ,fuel filter

Sounds like a typical heat soak worn out Injector pump, how many miles are on the pump and injectors? probably a good idea to start thinking about replacing them.
