diesel decal

I just bought my first 7.3 a few months ago. I am fixing her up a little. It is a 1993 250 non turbo XL 4x4 with 129,000 miles. So far it has a new seat,tach sensor and new 3inch exhaust with a performance muffler.
I was wondering were the correct location for the diesel embem (if it is suppose to be on this model) is. Mine is no longer with the truck.

that body 92-93 with that engine do not have diesel badges. the 87-91 had a diesel badge on the driver front fender under the light. then 94 psd came out and had 2 ver of the diesel badges.

there might be one if it was a turbo idi.

That isnt all true.......

From 92-94 the tailgates had a Diesel badge on the left side.

If it was a factory IDI turbo in 93 or 94 it would also have badges on the front fender under the F350 emblem: Turbo Diesel

Yours should have had a diesel emblem on the tailgate.

94 did have it. theres a 93 idi at my neighbors and it has no badges whats so ever. just F250. forgot about the tailgate.

Your neighbors 93 is obviously NA and not turbo'ed.

If its a 93 or 94 with a turbo it came with a TURBO DIESEL badge under the F250/350 badging.....unless it was removed or fell off....

Its not turboed. It was offered and didnt want it.
