Fuel Filter Heater 89

I was trying to diagnose losing fuel prime, replaced the injector orings and there was always fuel oozing from the connector on the fuel filter heater. I replaced that oring (hard to find these days) but fuel was still oozing. The connector on top of the filter housing has a crack, and now pressurized fuel is spraying over the engine. Can I get that connector anywhere besides buying the whole glow plug loom? Is there supposed to be fuel pumping through the top of the fuel filter heater or is it faulty? The connector looks like it is designed to hold fuel pressure.
