I had a 92 with IDI and turned the pump up. They say 1/8 to a 1/4 turn. I went 1/4 turn. I beat the heck out of it and never had a problem I just watched the coolant temp when it went up i backed out of it. Dont know if that was good or not. But on the plus side more power and better fuel econ.
