Smelling Coolant

Hey yo! I had to turn on my heater a few weeks back and started smelling coolant. Ever since then I have been smelling coolant while in my cab. Any Ideas? I dont ever remembering it being like that. I checked my radiator and everything, I dont appear to have any leaks.

If you smell it in the cab it's most likely heater core has a leak.

Hey!

Thanks for the reply. I replaced the heater core today and that fixed it. Heck of a job cuz I had to tear out my dash to get to everything. Ended up with a few extra nuts and bolts after it was all said and done. I guess you could say it was a success.
