Slipping after adding programmer

Well...I recently added a BD edge evolution and on the highest setting my auto tranny slips pretty bad. Any fixes besides a new one? Its fine with normal driving but slips when I get on it fairly bad.
The evo already increases tranny line pressure but is there something else that will help out some too? Would love to be able to put all this new power to the ground without breaking the bank right now.

i just purchased a TCI torque converter from summit and it was around 800 bucks. i think itll be worth it. i was talking to a tranny guy and he says that when the torque converter goes out it takes the entire tranny with it so i wanted to go ahead and get one before i had to buy a hole tranny rebuild. when i put my edge evo in my dads 00 f-350 the tranny didnt slip it actually barked both the 35' tires loose on the asphault when going into second. so you might have a worn torque converter.

might try getting the tranny serviced (flushed). won't save your tranny but it might prolong the enevitable, also could try Ford Sonnax Valve/Tricumulator Springs. Do this before the flush and hope for the best.

that shift kit link that i gave you is not hard to install, I am not a tranny guy either and I managed to get it done somehow.... just follow the instructions, and the kit costs a little more than 50 bucks....

yeah Adam, it was just half of one of my clutches...... no big deal

yeah so I am starting to save for a rebuild, but somehow she still shifts fine so hopefully I have a little time left...... I will post a pic of it soon to show how my truck was built with a few spare parts that it apparently thought it didn't need.....
