Transgo Kit and TS chip??

I just got a Transgo tranny upgrade kit SKE4OD ( not a performance kit). Before I install it, I have a TS 6 pos chip, will this kit work with the chip? ( I know some of programs change the line pressure and shifting) I am not that familiar with trannies and also tranny illiterate. Any advise is appreciated. I have a 2001 F250 auto 4x4 crew cab 7.3 obviously with 117K. mods : 6 pos chip, 4" turbo back exhaust, cross over, Intake ( don't want to say brand, but I have a pre filter over the cone filter).

Yes, it will work but may be a little firm shifting on the higher settings. But then you won't be able to install all the shift kit (boost valve) unless you pull the trans, so it might not be too firm at all.
