Torque converter decision
I’m Joel from Puerto Rico and I have a 1997 ford F250 Heavy Duty 4X4 truck, I m having problems with my transmission, I thinks is the E40D. I was wondering if anyone can help me to decide for a good torque converter and oem or billet i dont want to spend a lot of $$$ but I need one for my truck that works better than stock . Please tell me about a good one for daily driver truck that i use for towing just in weekends.

How much better is just a billet cover over a regular cover? So you know it doesnt mean it has stronger clutches thats the inside. I have seen triples clutch torque converters with and without billet covers. I was told that the billet cover helps eliminate ballooning.
