Fuel Issues?
early 99 with 185k
I have read through the posts and not sure where to go. I live in AZ and now when i go out to start, sounds very lopey, a lot like my old mans when he starts it in winter in Colorado. i touch the accelerator and goes away, until i start it again. I had a slight acceleration shake and seemed to go away when i changed the fuel filter and fresh oil. I notice it again but now it seems like it is down on power and i have to give it more throttle to keep it moving. seems like i hear more of a ticking when im at idle, injectors i would guess. I have read to do a Buzz test and to try a Cyl. Cont. test, what scanner can i get to do this? any other ideas? thanks for any help. |
