Exclamation NO POWER --- PLEASE HELP

I have a 01 7. with the banks big wheel turbo, banks actuator, i was driving 2 days ago when all of sudden my truck lost power, while climbing a hill that i could easily fly up in 5th gear, i was forced to downshift to 3rd because i had no power to climb this hill. The engine was revving up but there was no power. I have changed the fuel filter, fuel pump, and CPS. I also checked to see if the turbo was spin while the truck was runnin and it was. I ran a diagnostic check and found these codes.

p0476- exhaust press. control valve performance
p0541- intake air heater circuit low
p1247- turbo boost press. low
p1248- turbo boost press. not detected
p1280- icp circuit out of range

Try cleaning your exhaust back pressure tube. You might have to also but a new sensor for the ebpv. The sensor is located right on top of the water pump behind the engine fan. It has a tube going from it to the right exhaust manifold. If the sensor goes out or the tube is clogged it can make the ebpv stick acting like an exhaust brake, thus not letting you get full boost and power. If that doesn't do it then maybe the valve itself is shot. Usually is just the sensor. Does it making a hissing sound out the exhaust pipe?
