Starting problems
well this has become a real problem i have a 99 psd my problem is if the truck has sat over night 70 degrees out side it will not start unless i pull the intercooler tube and spray it with wd 40 when it does start it will only hit off of a fue cylinders but it will pickup the rest as it gets warm but even when it is hot some time it will still miss on a couple cylinders off and on i know this for a fact cause with the valve covers off you can watch the oil returns and the funny thing is it is never the same cylinder i have a long list of new parts witch i will list later and i have fully checked the valve cover gaskets and glow plug system so i know that they are working i also have pulled a fuel pressure test i am geting 65psi out of the pump i am getting no codes from the computer the truck will pass a cylinder contrbution test and the buzz test i have done them both about three times
