Sparatic Check Engine light and Loss Power

Not only did I have a fuel leak, but starting getting a sparatic check engine light and loss power. Went ahead and replaced fuel pump (removed turbo to do this, replace four fuel lines attached or near pump and banjo seals (gaskets). Still getting the check engine light and loss of power. Haven't driven, but maybe 8 miles since I replaced the pump. Could air in system, be part of this problem? Should have I have somebody read the code generated by the check engine light? Also does anybody know anything about the automatic hubs on the four wheel drive? After using four wheel drive they don't always disengage or sometimes re-engage and I hear a clicking noise when driving.

its not on the back of the housing...its right on the front...stand at the front of the vehicle and look at the fuel filter bowl...on the left hand side (passenger) you will see a small yellow tab close to the glow plug relay...it should be pointing right at you....take it and turn it toward the glow plug relay to open it....you may need to pop the cap off so that there isn't a vacuum inside the bowl.
