oil in radiator

I have a 1995 f-250 7.3l diesel. i have intercooler,b/d chip , exhaust etc.
recently i found oil in my radiator but no oil in block? i was told it is the oil cooler so i replaced the oil cooler but same situation oil in radiator...
anybody ever heard of this? what is the fix? now my oil pressue has gone to lower end of guage. do not know if related. i was also told about injector seat issue? please help!!!

No ideas? Could IT BE THE INJECTOR CUPS/SLEEVE?
IT IS DEFINETLY OIL IN WATER, ITS A MANUEL TRANS SO NO AUTO FLUID POSSIBLE. BEFORE I DO THE SLEEVES JUST LOOKING TO SEE IF ANYBODY HAS EVER HAD THIS ISSUE?? THXZ AGAIN RAY
