2000 sluggish irratic

I have a 2000 7.3 on a not so cold day 40's or 50's the truck will start just fine. If I drive it right away about 2 minutes down the road the truck will loose all power and sometimes even shuts off. If I start the truck earlier and let it idle for 10 minutes this does'nt happen. Also the truck has seemed awful sluggish in general lately. Can someone tell me where to start???

Thank you
JOnah

you might check the uvc harness. they come loose if the retaning clips are broke. this is just a shot in the dark thou. does it stumble and die or just shut off like you turned the key off?

if it doesnt happen after its warmed up....sounds like an injector to me...but without some expencive equipment to electrically "buzz" test them...its almost impossible to diag when it isnt a constant miss......Marc
