overhead

i was wondering if you had to get an overhead done like you do on a big rig after 100k? also how often would you recomend getting a tune up

here is the maintanence i would reccomend.......there is not "tune up" or anything...but i would follow this maintanance schedule if it was my own truck with a 7.3

every 4-5k......change oil, rotate tires, check tire pressures and air filter
every 15k.......fuel filter....if your doing your own services.....drain all the powersteering fluid out of the resevour (just disconnect a cooler line at the cooler)....let it drain out and refill.....
every 30k.....auto trans service, coolant service if its green coolant, service t-case on 4x4, powersteering service if you have your services done
every60k......service coolant if its gold
every 2 years.....change brake fluid
100k.....change serp belt and check pulleys, service manual trans, service rear diff, service front diff if 4x4 is used often

thanks alot, i appreciate it. that really helps because i don't have an owners manual i bought the truck used.
