Leaking Pinion Seal

The pinion seal on my rear differential is leaking. Not a lot, just notice a little gear oil on the fuel tank, u-joint and exhaust from where it is coming out. I have two questions.

1. How bad is this, and should I get it fixed immediately?

2. How much should this cost to fix at a repair shop?

I've got about 6oz of SoCo left in the freezer after a 20oz celebration

Anyways, ya'll should do a writeup and post it in the tech files. I know if I did it I'd do one. Actually, this girl I'm talking to has 2 duallies and they both have pinion seal leaks but they're dana 80's not like my trucks (both are sterlin 10.25's) Anyways... [/rant]
