Rear Axle Pinion Seal?

My rear axle is leaking fluid slowly both from the pinion and also from the bottom of the cover. Im going to replace the pinion seal and change the fluid. My question is if there is a crush sleeve that I need to worry about. Just dont want to tear it apart and find out there are clearances I messed up. If its just the seal and no clearance or specs its no big deal. Thanks in advance.
