New to this site. I'm having trouble finding this wierd noise coming from the drivers side up under the hood or dash when going 55+. Some times it does it and sometimes it doesn't. Any help would be appreciated.

Any aftermarket modifications? My truck developed a slight hummmmm going down the road mostly at lower speeds and it was because I didn't have the DP seated perfectly and I just loosened the bolt, moved it about a millimeter and tighted the bolt down again. Still hums sometimes but it's not the drone it was before so I don't really care.

how aggressive of a tire do you have??
Pay attention next time it happens....see if the road surface has anything to do with it. ive seen many cases that the road surface changing at a spot, and people notice the difference in the tire noise. This would be more noticable with an "all terain" tire or anything more agressive than that.... |
