Thump/Thud noise during sharp turns.

Hey Guys, when I'm doing a sharp turn I hear a loud thump/thud. It only happens when I turn sharp. When I turn my wheels sharp no sound. Its when I'm turning back straight is when I hear the noise.

Thanks my Ford Friends!

year, engine, and miles??

There is a very good chance it is the insilators on the tips of the front springs between the leafs....they wear out and break. It is a pretty cheap, easy fix if thats what it is, but it requires a long prybar and a helper.....and make sure your VERY VERY VERY carefull not to get a finger pinched inbetween the springs...make SURE to not put your finger between them at any time....thats what pliars and screwdrivers are for!!!
