It increases the fuel pressure which in turn increases throttle response, and maybe top end power....All you do is look at your fuel filter....On the drivers side, their is a copper pipe going into it....The top one is the one your looking for.....Undo it from the fuel filter.....You'll see FPR assembly, and you simply remove the spring, put a BB in, put the spring back, and reassemble everything.
